Interests

I am broadly interested in gravity, particle physics, and problems in mathematical physics.

My current interests lie in exploring black holes in a class of alternative gravity theories called Horndeski theories. This simple set of theories solves a number of problems that plague general relativity, especially at cosmological scales, while remaining within the experimental bounds that can be allowed for alternative gravity theories. Our research hopes to look at different phenomena involving black holes that Horndeski theories predict differently from (or even similarly with) GR.
